Non-Discrimination Policy

How we decide, and what plays no part in the decision.

Effective date: August 2026 · Last updated: August 2026

1. Our commitment

Orbismesh LLC provides equal opportunity and fair treatment to every applicant and partner, without regard to personal characteristics protected under applicable federal, state, and local law.

The integrity of our partner network depends on consistent, merit-based assessment. Selection is based on objective criteria, and not on the personal characteristics of the applicant.

2. Protected characteristics

We do not discriminate against any applicant or partner on the basis of:

  • Race, colour, or ethnicity
  • National origin or ancestry
  • Religion or religious creed
  • Sex, gender identity, or gender expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Age, consistent with applicable law
  • Disability, physical or mental
  • Veteran or military status
  • Marital or familial status
  • Pregnancy or parental status
  • Genetic information
  • Any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law

3. What decisions are actually based on

Applications are reviewed on these objective criteria only:

  • US residency and identity verification
  • Identity, sanctions, PEP, and background screening results
  • The accuracy and completeness of the documentation you provide
  • Operational suitability as assessed by our compliance team
  • Current merchant demand for a placement

Screening is not a proxy

Screening exists to satisfy specific legal and acquirer obligations. It is applied on the same terms to everyone, and its results are not used as an indirect route to a decision this policy prohibits.

4. Reasonable accommodation

We will make reasonable accommodations for applicants and partners with disabilities, to the extent required by applicable law and where the accommodation does not create an undue hardship. If any part of the application or onboarding process is difficult for you, tell us. Asking does not affect your application.

5. Reporting a concern

If you believe you have been treated in a way this policy prohibits, you may:

  • Contact Orbismesh directly using the details below
  • File a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at eeoc.gov
  • File a complaint with your state's civil rights agency or equivalent body

We do not retaliate

We investigate every complaint promptly and in good faith, respond to you, and take corrective action where a concern is substantiated. Nobody is penalised for raising a concern in good faith.
