Read this disclaimer carefully before submitting an application or making any financial decision in connection with the Orbismesh partner programme.

1. Income representations

Any compensation figure shown on this site, in an email, in a video, or in a conversation with our staff is an illustration of how the model works. It shows what a stated officer fee or equity percentage would produce on stated assumptions.

NO FIGURE PUBLISHED BY ORBISMESH IS A GUARANTEE OF INCOME

It is not a forecast, a target, or a representation of typical results. Do not plan your finances around it.

2. Factors affecting compensation

What any individual partner receives depends on factors including:

  • The officer fee agreed on a specific placement, which is set per placement
  • The actual profit of a specific entity in a specific period
  • Whether the entity distributes profit, and when
  • Merchant demand, which determines whether a placement is available at all
  • Screening outcomes and acquiring bank decisions, which we do not control
  • How long a placement lasts, and whether it is renewed

A business can trade at a loss

Where an entity makes no profit there is nothing to distribute, and as an equity holder you share in that outcome.

3. No guarantee of placement

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a placement, or any compensation. We review applications individually against eligibility, screening results, and current merchant demand.

4. Individual results will vary

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme, a passive income programme, or an investment product. A placement is a real officer role in a real company, with real duties and real exposure.

Orbismesh LLC makes no representation that any particular applicant will achieve any particular financial outcome.

5. Network figures and testimonials

Where we publish network figures such as processed volume or the number of active partners, they describe the network in aggregate at a point in time. They say nothing about what any individual partner earned.

Quotations from partners are individual experiences, published with that person's written consent. They are not representative, they are not audited, and the person quoted was not paid for the quotation.

6. FTC compliance notice

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and on business opportunity disclosures, Orbismesh discloses that:

  • Income figures in our advertising illustrate the model and are not typical or average partner earnings
  • Individual results depend on eligibility, screening, merchant demand, and the performance of a specific business
  • The partner programme is not a franchise, a business opportunity subject to the FTC Business Opportunity Rule, or an investment product
