Cookie Policy

What we store on your device, and why.

Effective date: August 2026 · Last updated: August 2026

1. What are cookies

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We also use closely related technologies, being local storage and session storage, for the same purposes, and everything on this page applies to those too.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These keep you signed in, keep your session attached to the right account, protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery, and remember your light or dark theme choice.

The platform does not work without them, so they are set whether or not you consent, and they carry no advertising value.

Analytics

Where analytics are enabled, they tell us which pages are read, where applications are abandoned, and which errors are being hit.

We use them to fix the product, not to build a profile of you, and we do not join analytics data to your application record.

Advertising measurement

Where a marketing page carries a conversion pixel, it is disclosed on that page, and it is limited to measuring whether an advertisement led to an application. The signed-in platform carries no advertising or retargeting pixels.

3. Third-party cookies

Where an analytics or advertising measurement provider is used, that provider may set cookies on your device when you visit our marketing pages. Those providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, and we do not control the cookies they place.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell cookie data

We do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers, and we do not run third-party advertising or retargeting on the signed-in platform.

5. Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and you can do that at any time:

  • View the cookies stored on your device
  • Block all cookies, or third-party cookies only
  • Delete cookies when you close your browser

Blocking necessary cookies breaks the platform

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and stop the application form from submitting. Clearing cookies does not delete anything we already hold about you. Use the rights in our Privacy Policy for that.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our use of cookies or the applicable law changes. The revised version is posted on this page with a new date.
