Onboarding
Guides applicants through entity formation, EIN, and ITIN filing, and chases the documents underwriting will ask for.
Underwriting liaison
Packages each application for our acquiring partners and handles their questions directly.
Client success
Supports merchants after approval: settlement questions, descriptor changes, and volume increases.
Compliance
Runs KYC and store screening, monitors for prohibited activity, and maintains our AML and record-keeping obligations.
