Application Disclaimer

What submitting an application does and does not mean.

Effective date: August 2026 · Last updated: August 2026

Important notice

Submitting an application starts a review. It does not create a contract, reserve a placement, or entitle you to compensation.

1. An application is not an offer

No relationship exists until you are proposed a specific placement and you accept it in writing. Until then, nothing on this platform commits either of us to anything.

2. We may decline

We review every application against eligibility, screening results, and current merchant demand. We may decline an application at our discretion, and we are not always able to explain why in detail, because some decisions rest on third-party screening or acquirer criteria we do not set.

Where a consumer report is involved

If a decision is based in whole or in part on a consumer report obtained by a third party, you will be told, and you will be given the information you need to obtain that report and dispute it directly with the provider.

3. Accuracy is your responsibility

Everything you submit must be true and complete. Identity, sanctions, and background screening are conditions our acquiring partners impose.

Tell us rather than waiting for it to surface

An inaccurate answer discovered later can end a placement immediately and expose you to liability. If you realise something you submitted was wrong, contact us.

4. Timing

Review times depend on screening providers, formation agents, and acquiring banks, none of which we control. Any timeframe we quote is an estimate, not a commitment. Time spent in the application process is not compensated.

5. Withdrawing

You may withdraw an application at any point before you accept a placement, at no cost and with no obligation. Withdrawing does not prevent you applying again later.

6. Before you apply

Read the Earnings Disclaimer first. A placement carries real duties and real personal exposure, and no part of the application process should be read as a promise of income.
